Documents Information
Most modules have a document section that allows you to upload an unlimited number of documents. The documents within Tools are unique in that they will enable you to see all documents within the system that you have access to. All security for documents is controlled based on each user's universal security settings.

Importing & Exporting Information
You will see the module(s) you have access to based on your security settings. You will select the module and import/export. The import process is easy when you use pre-defined headers and import. This eliminates the need to choose the columns for the data on each file upload. All information uses Microsoft Excel, so you have a universal file format, which is similar to Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
