Official ReleaseBy accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This contract ensures the security, integrity, and performance of the Brilliance One environment for all users.
01. Description of Services
Brilliance One provides a unified Light ERP and CRM ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, private database architecture, SEO orchestration, encrypted hosting, and automated communication tools.
Account Integrity
You are responsible for the absolute confidentiality of your credentials. Brilliance One operates on a Zero-Trust philosophy regarding account access.
Economic Terms
Subscription plans automatically renew. We maintain a transparent, flat-rate pricing model as part of our commitment to business growth.
Acceptable Use & Conduct
Services must be used for lawful business purposes. Distribution of spam, malware, or any attempt to reverse engineer the Brilliance One stack is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Data Privacy & Sovereignty
Your data remains your property. Our processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, emphasizing isolation and cryptographic protection.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliance One shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for Services during the twelve months preceding the event.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cullman County, Alabama.
