Complaint Procedure
If you believe that content hosted or distributed through the Brilliance One ecosystem infringes upon your rights, please provide a formal written notice to our Designated Agent.
01. Identification
A clear description of the copyrighted work and the specific URL or location within our services where the infringement is alleged.
02. Authorization
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
03. Good Faith
A statement confirming your belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
04. Perjury Statement
A formal statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
Note: Submitting false claims of infringement may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Copyright Act.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and your consent to federal jurisdiction.
