No Code CRM Solution
Brilliance CRM is a full-featured Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that offers a comprehensive range of features in a 'no code' environment. With Brilliance CRM, you can leverage all necessary functionality without coding. And if you require any customizations or additional features that are not included, we provide them at no extra cost.
Alert Notifications
Alerts can be done through email or SMS alerts. You can add as many people as possible that you need to the alerts.
All of the alerts check against the primary IP address so that you can be informed if the IP address changes on you.
Web Content Monitor
The system will automatically send an alert when specific text doesn't appear that you're expecting. For example, you may be looking for "Best Service Company" on the page and it doesn't appear. The alert will go out stating that the expected text is not there.
Port Monitor
For every IP address on the Internet there is the possibility of 65,535 ports. Common ports are (80 and 443 for websites). If the system shows, there is no response from a specific port an alert will go out stating that the port is not showing currently available.
Ping Monitor
Any device on the public internet has a public IP address. We can ping these devices to make sure they're responding and available. Items you can monitor beyond your website, mail server, etc. are items like your internet modem/router, switches, firewalls, video cameras, equipment, and other items that are reachable via the public internet.
Domain Expiration
No one ever wants to lose their domain name. We can monitor your domain expiration to make certain you know before it expires so that you can renew it and keep this valuable asset.
SSL/TLS Error
Your SSL/TLS certificate may not be expired but a part of the "chain" of the certificate may be producing an error. We see this when someone higher up in the certificate chain has an issue, revocation, or is accidentally removed. This will affect your certificate and knowing will allow you to quickly fix the problem.
SSL/TLS Expired
Many certificates are set to automatically renew. This doesn't always happen. This is where we can let you know when your SSL/TLS certificate has expired.
