The goal of Brilliance CRM is not to automate everything but to give you a solution that eliminates the human factor. We want the human factor. AI is truly a fantastic technology, and we feel it should be used to assist, not replace, our jobs.

Dashboard Information

Within Brilliance CRM, dashboards are the first page users will see. The dashboard will be the information that most applies to a user. The standard dashboards that are available are:

  • General (default): Tasks and statistics.
  • Customer Service: Tasks, statistics, KB Articles, and documents related to customer service.
  • Sales: Accounts/Leads, Invoices, and Tasks.
  • Projects / Jobs: List the projects assigned, weather conditions, and tasks.
  • Time Clock (Manager): Show information that a time clock manager would need, employee documents that the company feels should be available to the user, and the current weather conditions.
  • Time Clock (User): Show information related to the employee, employee documents that the company feels should be made available to the user, and the current weather conditions.

Unlimited Dashboard Layouts

Create as many dashboards that your business needs. Show everything or just what your employees need to get their job done.

Allow your employees, vendors, and other portal access users the ability to change their information.

Change Password

Allow your users to quickly and easily change their password.

User Tasks

A "light" version of tasks that gives the user a more condensed form for submitting requests from your business.

Pre-selected and set your own date ranges for all information displayed within the dashboard on a per-user basis.

Dark Web Integration

Every email address within the system checks the dark web for their presence. If an email address is found on the dark web the user is alerted and provided with every site that is known to possess their information so that they can correct and secure their account.
