Brilliance CRM is a full-featured Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that offers a comprehensive range of features in a 'no code' environment. With Brilliance CRM, you can leverage all necessary functionality without coding. Dashboard Information

Within Brilliance CRM, dashboards are the first page users will see. The dashboard will be the information that most applies to a user. The standard dashboards that are available are:

General (default): Tasks and statistics.
Customer Service: Tasks, statistics, KB Articles, and documents related to customer service.
Sales: Accounts/Leads, Invoices, and Tasks.
Projects / Jobs: List the projects assigned, weather conditions, and tasks.
Time Clock (Manager): Show information that a time clock manager would need, employee documents that the company feels should be available to the user, and the current weather conditions.
Time Clock (User): Show information related to the employee, employee documents that the company feels should be made available to the user, and the current weather conditions.
