Skills Required

  • Generate and close sales through full life cycle sales process, including documenting activities within CRM, and follow-up with a lead pipeline for closing sales.
  • Preferred (we will teach if you don't have)
    • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in CRM or related software industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management
    • Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiries.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential customers’ pain points and align them with CRM solutions.
    • Present and demonstrate CRM software features and benefits to potential customers via online or in-person meetings.
  • Pipeline Development
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and predictable sales activities.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and continuous value delivery.
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer onboarding processes.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine the value proposition and improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Metrics
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Participate in weekly or monthly sales meetings to review progress and strategize for the future.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in the CRM and SaaS industries.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
    • Work with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
  • Lead Generation
    • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential customers within targeted industries or markets.
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate new leads and increase brand awareness.
