Skills Required

- 2-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in CRM or related software industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Process Management
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential customers’ pain points and align them with CRM solutions.
- Present and demonstrate CRM software features and benefits to potential customers via online or in-person meetings.
- Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and predictable sales activities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and continuous value delivery.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and manage customer onboarding processes.
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine the value proposition and improve sales strategies.
- Reporting and Metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in weekly or monthly sales meetings to review progress and strategize for the future.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the CRM and SaaS industries.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
- Work with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify potential customers within targeted industries or markets.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate new leads and increase brand awareness.
