Mraketing Team Member
As the Marketing Specialist for Brilliance CRM, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating compelling social media content, developing educational and training videos (including short-form content), and managing our content calendar to ensure consistent messaging. Your efforts will be key in increasing brand awareness and helping us reach our sales goals.
Skills Required
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused role.
- Proven experience in creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Strong video production and editing skills, with experience in creating both long-form and short-form video content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Develop and create engaging social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Produce educational and training videos, including short-form content (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok), to showcase the features and benefits of Brilliance CRM.
- Craft compelling copy and visuals for various marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Schedule and plan social media posts at least 3 weeks in advance, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach.
- Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
- Brand Awareness and Engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive organic traffic to our website and social media channels.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation initiatives.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized content to prospects and customers.
- Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the product and sales teams to understand the unique selling points of Brilliance CRM and translate them into compelling marketing messages.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for content production, graphic design, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Webinars
- Create live webinars and record them for later use.
